Mr. Sridhar and Mr. Viswanatha Rao, the senior partners of the Firm came together to establish a fledgling Chartered Accountancy Firm named Rao & Sridhar, Chartered Accountants, in 1993.
In 2012, the Firm was rechristened as 'VASG & ASSOCIATES' to broad base the firm's structure.
The firm was established with an objective to offer qualitative professional services in the fields of Audit & Assurance and Direct taxes. Over the years, the Firm has evolved into organization offering comprehensive bouquet of services in all the allied fields.
Currently our Firm has its head office at Hyderabad with a branch at Bengaluru. We are planning to open another office in Rajahmundry.
We strive to maintain high ethical standards in our professional conduct and delivery of services to the clientele.

Sridhar, qualified in 1987, is a Chartered Accountant and a senior partner of the firm and has an experience spanning a period of over 29 years in the areas of Business Advisory, Statutory audits, internal audits, FEMA matters and corporate taxation.
